Came home to a $650 bill for the disputed mobile phone which I didn't get. Deep breathed it. Ate the dahl from the Indian Shop in South Grafton and rang COMPAINTS. And IT WAS SORTED OUT. In fact I am now $40 in credit and treated with respect. Bravo , Nikki from Telstra Complaints. I am smiling.
