THE CLARENCE has been very kind to us in the 6-7 months we have been here - except when it comes to TAXI TRUCKS and COURIER SERVICES. Now we wait another full day for a Grafton taxi Truck to deliver a parcel about which we know nothing except what we have been told by the next door neighbour.
We had one drop a fridge at the bottom of our steps for us to carry up the stairs. We had another deliver the Telstra T2 phone and refuse to hand it over. Now this one !
Izzy says the Retravision delivery of the new fridge was very good and so was the washing machine man and Andrew with the table. Now we wait and wonder - what is this Taxi Truck supposed to be delivering and when will it come.
We have made phone calls !
