TELSTRA AND ME AGAIN

HERE WE GO AGAIN.
By nature I find myself near hysterics and thanks to facebook etc I know I am not alone in that. Now Tim is calling me back.from Melbourne.
Nothing  I had spoken of was passed onto the Tim. Nor can he see the original contracts. His orders only go back as far as November 2009.
He is attempting to trace the contracts now.
He is trying to find the corrections. Much confusion later - plus generous offers and muddled data ( as per usual )
I have taken a deep breath and shall return to Renee at Westnet in the hope that this new relationship will offer me what people say it will offer me.
