All I wanted was a simple change in my mobile. Add it to my Westnet landline and broadband , thought I. Now, 12 days later and the usual rigmarole of phone calls, emails and finally TIO - I am still waiting for them to PORT my number from Optus. GET A GRIP AND DON'T TELL ME TO BE NICE ABOUT IT. How hard can this one be?

The one thing I am happy about is that it is no longer seemingly mandatory to be calm and nice about it. There are people OCCUPYING and peaceful they might stay BUT ANGRY THEY ARE and neither ashamed nor afraid to say so. That's a big change from a few years back when Telstra offered me a chair in their Toowong shop to try to settle me down.
